Of time-banking and cricket

In my first submission for Progress, I wanted to reflect on two different experiences of the last week, and the lessons which might be drawn from them for policymaking in Wales. At first glance, they appear to be very different, but my argument will be that there are overlaps and synergies to be drawn from considering them together.
