Pudsey is a marginal seat that we can hold at the general election. With a majority of just below 5000 (due to some unkind boundary changes) we are Tory target seat number 97. Electoral Calculus has the Tories winning by only 722 votes – your support can make a massive difference and help keep Pudsey Labour. We are facing a weekly onslaught of glossy nationally produced leaflets from the very well resourced Tory candidate. He is a Leeds councillor and part of the unpopular ruling Tory/Lib Dem coalition – the Tories can’t beat us on policy but the risk is that this influx of money will secure their victory here – please support our campaign and help keep Pudsey Labour.
