Progress has been running a series of evening debates on the ‘politics of trust’ at the House of Commons. The next is on 8 March. The Rt Hon Alan Milburn MP, honorary president of Progress, will discuss how far ‘government can put its trust in the front line’ with David Walker of the Guardian and Dan Corry of the New Local Government Network.

The seminar will be chaired by vice chair of Progress Parmjit Dhanda MP, and will take place from 6 to 7.30pm in the Macmillan Room of Portcullis House, the House of Commons.
