Progress is seeking someone with experience of writing, or
commissioning, online political content to join our small but busy team
to cover a six month secondment.
You’ll have lead responsibility for our website, daily e-bulletin and our e-campaigns in the run-up to the general election.
You’ll also assist on our monthly print publication, Progress magazine.
And you’ll take charge of our advertising strategy across our electronic and print publications.
You must be committed to the Labour party, have a good knowledge of public policy and politics and have excellent writing and editing skills.
Other responsibilities:
• Liaising with the web designer and IT provider
• Commissioning, writing and editing web articles
• Daily news review
• Daily blogging
• Planning for new web features
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 fixed term contract
